Marriage is an agreement between two people. Both people make promises in exchange to have the other as a spouse in their life. However, sometimes in life one spouse breaks the marriage agreement. The result of this action is sometimes a decision by the couple that it is impossible for them to continue their agreement.

An Uncontested Divorce is a legal action that is settled by a written agreement between the marital couple that ends the marriage. The written agreement is subject to Alabama law, and should be written by a licensed Alabama attorney. If the case is filed correctly, and approved, the divorce can be final approximately two months after the case is filed.

Decatur, Alabama is a city in Morgan County, Alabama, with a small portion in southern Limestone County. Decatur is the core city of the Decatur Metropolitan Area, and the second largest(core) city in the Huntsville-Decatur Combined Statistical Area. Decatur sits on the southern bank of the Tennessee River. Decatur currently has an estimated population of 54,528.

Decatur is served by the Huntsville International Airport (a part of the Port of Huntsville), as well as Pryor Field Regional Airport.

History

Initially the area was known as Rhodes Ferry, named after a ferry that crossed the Tennessee River in the 1810s, and was incorporated as Albany in the year 1821.

Decatur was a very important point in North Alabama during its earliest days. Decatur was the Eastern Terminous of the Decatur-Courtland-Tuscumbia Railroad, the first railway built west of the Appalachian Mountains .

The city is named after naval hero Stephen Decatur, Jr. New Decatur was a city founded just north of Decatur in 1887 and incorporated in 1889.

Because of its location on the strategic Memphis & Charleston Railroad, Decatur was the site of several encounters during the American Civil War. All but three buildings were burned down during the 1864 Battle of Decatur, when Decatur was referred to as A Tough Nut To Crack. The three that remained are the Old State Bank, Dancy-Polk House, and the McEntire House.

The Old State Bank, on the edge of downtown, is the oldest bank building in the State of Alabama, at the age of 172 years. The first Wave Pool in the United States was built here, and is still in operation at the Point Mallard Aquatic Center. Decatur is also home to the largest Victorian Era Home District in the State of Alabama. Decatur is also home to the oldest Opera House in the State of Alabama (Cotaco Opera House), the building still exists on Johnston Street.

In the past, its industries included repair shops of the Louisville and Nashville Railroad, car works, engine works, engine works, tannery, bottling plants, and manufactures of lumber, sashes and blinds, fertilizers, cigars, flour, cottonseed oil, and various other products.

DUI & Driving Under The Influence:
DUI - DWI - ODWI? :
Unlike DUI, DWI, or OWUI cases that involve alcohol, there is generally no per se or legal limit that is employed for persons accused of driving under the influence of prescription medication or illicit drugs (although this is not the case in Ohio[citation needed]). Instead, the key inquiry focuses on whether the driver's faculties were impaired by the substance that was consumed. The detection and successful prosecution of drivers impaired by prescription medication or illegal drugs can therefore be difficult.

Drunk Driving :
Drunk driving is the act of operating and/or driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs to the degree that mental and motor skills are impaired. It is illegal in all jurisdictions within the U.S. The specific criminal offense is usually called driving under the influence [of alcohol and/or other drugs] (DUI), and in some states driving while intoxicated (DWI), operating while impaired (OWI), or operating a vehicle under the influence (OVI). Such laws may also apply to boating or piloting aircraft.

US Drunk Driving Laws :
In the US, most of the laws and penalties were greatly enhanced starting in the late 1970s, and through the 1990s, largely due to pressure from groups like Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and Students Against Driving Drunk (SADD) and leaders like Candy Lightner. Most significantly.
